Fees are payable as stated in the agreed proposal or invoice. Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.
Search engine rankings and advertising performance depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and market competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales, but we commit to following industry best practices and white-hat methods.
Clients agree to provide timely access, information and approvals needed to deliver the services, and confirm they own or have rights to any material they supply.
Upon full payment, final deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless asked not to.
Monthly services can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
